Chef Lia is the founder and owner of Home Cooking Consultant. She received her certification through the United States Personal Chef Association and trained as a Professional Personal Chef through the Culinary Business Academy. Her love of cooking for others began at 8 years old. She has been in the kitchen creating culinary delights ever since. Being raised by an Italian grandfather who was the head salesperson for Progresso Foods, Lia has had much practice with fine Italian ingredients and spent many Sundays and holidays preparing family dinners. Lia’s passion for good food, healthy family meals, and sharing her knowledge of cooking techniques with others who love to cook was the main reason for the launch and continued growth of Home Cooking Consultant.
Lia is a Certified Personal Chef and an active member of the United Personal Chefs Association. She has also served as the media director for the NY Metro Chapter. She has been featured in Chef Educator Magazine and has been published in Personal Chef and Cook’s Country Magazines. She has developed recipes for GildedFork.com and has also taught cooking classes at the Viking Cooking School at Loaves and Fishes Cookshop in Garden City, NY.

Chef Glenn trained in the classical French style at Le Cordon Bleu's school in Ottawa, Canada. His expertise ranges from classic European pastry & cuisine, to American favorites both new and old. Chef Glenn was featured in an article about personal chefs in the Long Island Section of the NY Times in 2006 and most recently in the November 2007 issue of Men's Health Magazine. He has written several food articles published on the internet and is an active member and Vice President of the local chapter of the United States Personal Chef Association.

Chef Phil has been seen on many newscasts promoting healthy cooking techniques. He has appeared on Extra-Extra, HSN shopping network and Health Channels. He is an expert in nutrition and Seafood Cookery and has been a first place winner and named the best in NY for his culinary expertise. He is a culinary educator as well; teaching for NYIT , the NY Restaurant School and Suffolk Community culinary programs. Chef Andriano has a "hands on approach" as he teaches students how to make a healthy and better choice for themselves in the kitchen.
Chef Brian K. Fowler

Chef Brian K. Fowler is an honors graduate of the New York Restaurant School in Manhattan and has been cooking professionally for over 25 years. It all started when he was making pancakes in his grandparents kitchen from an early age. Attending culinary school at 28 and doing his externship plus a year and a half at Larry Forgione's "An American Place" in NYC. There he worked with the great chefs such as Wolfgang Puck, Paul Prudhomme, Alice Waters, and Mark Miller. He then moved on to work at the Garden City Hotel and Carlton on the Park in Long Island. Besides being an instructor at the Viking Cooking School at Loaves and Fishes Cookshop in Garden City, he is also a Personal Chef, Caterer, and part-time food writer. He is becoming a member of the American Culinary Federation.
Chef Brian focuses on many different areas of cooking including healthy meals for diabetics as well as dinner parties right in your own home. From large or small dinner parties, to private events and cooking lessons, each meal is personally tailored to your tastes.
